Ingredients….
12 x large crevettes
2 x large garlic cloves (crushed)
1 x large shallot (halved & sliced)
100g x cold salted butter
1tbsp x chopped parsley
50ml x white wine
Crusty loaf
Salt & pepper
- heat a large frying pan on a medium / high heat with a splash of vegetable oil
- add your shallots and garlic and cook till softened
- add your crevettes and continue to cook for 1 minute
- add your wine and reduce by half
- add your butter and continue to cook for 1 minute continuously moving the pan
- remove from heat and add the parsley
- spoon your crevettes into a bowl and pour over the sauce
- serve with thick slices of toasted crusty bread
