Ingredients…. 12 x large crevettes 2 x large garlic cloves (crushed) 1 x large shallot (halved & sliced) 100g x cold salted butter 1tbsp x chopped parsley 50ml x white wine Crusty loaf Salt & pepper
heat a large frying pan on a medium / high heat with a splash of vegetable oil
add your shallots and garlic and cook till softened
add your crevettes and continue to cook for 1 minute
add your wine and reduce by half
add your butter and continue to cook for 1 minute continuously moving the pan
remove from heat and add the parsley
spoon your crevettes into a bowl and pour over the sauce
serve with thick slices of toasted crusty bread
