12 x large crevettes
2 x large garlic cloves (crushed)
1 x large shallot (halved & sliced)
100g x cold salted butter
1tbsp x chopped parsley
50ml x white wine
Crusty loaf
Salt & pepper

  • heat a large frying pan on a medium / high heat with a splash of vegetable oil
  • add your shallots and garlic and cook till softened
  • add your crevettes and continue to cook for 1 minute
  • add your wine and reduce by half
  • add your butter and continue to cook for 1 minute continuously moving the pan
  • remove from heat and add the parsley
  • spoon your crevettes into a bowl and pour over the sauce
  • serve with thick slices of toasted crusty bread
