Skinless boneless monkfish chunks

Mint yoghurt

Ingredients for the marinade:

3 chopped garlic cloves

1tbsp ginger paste

1tbsp thick Greek yoghurt

½ tbsp chilli powder

1 tbsp cumin

¼ tbsp white pepper

Fresh coriander

1tbsp vegetable oil

Salt and Pepper

How to prepare:

  • Add monkfish chunks into a bowl and squeeze in some salt and lemon
  • Mix the marinade into a large bowl
  • Add the monkfish into the marinade and leave for around 20 minutes
  • Grill the monkfish for 10-15mins
  • Serve on flat bread with onion, rocket, lemon and mint yoghurt
