• Ish Fish Dressed Crab
  • Mayonnaise
  • Tabasco
  • ¼ red onion
  • ¼ celery
  • Handful of fresh dill
  • Lemon

How to cook

  • Toast sourdough bread
  • Remove white crab meat and mix with chopped onion, celery, dill, mayonnaise and tobacco. Can also add a sprinkle of salt and pepper
  • Spread the dark crab meat on toast followed by the white crab meat.
  • Add a squeeze of lemon
