Seabass (Dicentrarchus labrax) is a marine fish caught off the coast of the United Kingdom, sometimes referred to as the European Bass.
Seabass is sweet and delicate in flavour and is very quick to cook. Like most fish, it is a great source of protein and Omega-3 fatty acids.
Seabass is great baked, grilled, or pan-fried. We love it pan-fried with lemon and garlic.
