Seared Tuna Wraps
Tuna is rich in Omega-3, vitamins, and minerals making it great for both heart and brain health, and the added greens and beans make these wraps fresh and tasty. We know what we’re having for lunch this summer.
2 tuna steaks
1 tbsp olive oil
2 spring onions, sliced
1 handful spinach
1 red chilli, finely sliced
1 avocado, pealed and crushed
Salt and pepper to season
Drizzle olive oil over the tuna, ensuring they’re evenly coated and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a griddle pan until it’s smoking hot and cook the tuna steaks for 1-3 minutes on each side to your liking. Once cooked, remove from the pan and leave on a board to rest, before slicing.
Serve with seeded wraps, crushed avocado, fresh lime and chilli, edamame beans, spring onion and red slaw, for the perfect summer lunch.
