Drizzle olive oil over the tuna, ensuring they’re evenly coated and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a griddle pan until it’s smoking hot and cook the tuna steaks for 1-3 minutes on each side to your liking. Once cooked, remove from the pan and leave on a board to rest, before slicing.
Serve with seeded wraps, crushed avocado, fresh lime and chilli, edamame beans, spring onion and red slaw, for the perfect summer lunch.
