It’s recommended that we eat at least two portions of fish per week, and one should be oily.
Store your seafood in the fridge or freezer as soon as possible.
Once your fish has thawed from frozen, do not refreeze.
The sooner you eat your fish, the better the quality.
Use paper towels to dry your fish before grilling on the barbeque.
Poaching fish keeps it nice and moist, creating a succulent texture.
Bake your fish in the oven with herbs and spices to enhance flavour.

Catch of the Day

We make sure that the fish in our boxes has been responsibly and sustainably sourced, and this means that we will only send you fish that’s in season. This will include white, oily and flatfish, and the exact species¬†depends on what’s landed at the Fish Market on the day you order.
