Storing your fish
As soon as you get your Ish Fish delivery, put your fish into the fridge or freezer – the sooner, the better. If you’ll be eating your fish within two days of the delivery, keep it in the fridge. However, if you have any other fish for later on in the week, or in the near future if you’re bulk buying, put it straight into the freezer.
